Warriors IN Motion Mountain Biking
Mountain Biking is a great test of cardiovascular endurance and mental toughness. You will push your comfort zone on this trip as we pedal over tough obstacles, up and down steep trails, and even hit a few jumps. Day 1 is learning the ins and outs of the bikes and basic mountain biking form and etiquette. Day 2 is traveling to Thatcher State Park to learn technical skills, practice jumps if you’re willing, and to get lots of mileage on trail. Day 3 is always a downhill time trial race on the infamous “Thriller” trail nearby our lodge.
